Job Description:
The Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing clinical support for customers.
Clinical education offered is designed to ensure customers’ clinical understanding whilst promoting acceptance of new processes/products.
Provide support for the Business development specialists in pre and post sales activities in order to help secure and maintain business.

The role is for the South UK ideally concentrating on the South West area
Role Requirements
1. Will be medically trained with a proven business track record in commissioning services in cardiovascular pathways within the NHS
2. Will have excellent broad based cardiovascular clinical background
3. Will have excellent peer to peer communication skills
4. Need to have ability to deal with uncertainties
5. Needs to have flexibility in developing the job role
6. Be capable of multi-tasking across other clinical specialties
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical support to a variety of health care professionals, assist with the interpretation and the implementation of products.
• Delivery is provided through customised training programmes
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s innovative technologies and how they provide a solution to improve clinical pathways
• Attend key Cardiovascular meetings and develop network of KOLs.
• Support UK staff development through training programmes
• Closely liaise with the product and business managers in the development of product strategies and marketing.
• Recognize new business opportunities and coordinate a plan of action.
• Organic growth of existing accounts through increased usage and expansion of portfolio
• Interpretation and summary of new clinical evidence
• Clinical support in Safety/Hazard/Incident related investigations
• Work closely with Product Management to develop clinical education seminars both regionally and nationally as appropriate and to assist with new product launches or product expansion.



Salary: £30,000 negotiable
